Text messages

1stPickPhotos (operated by 1stPickPhotos) can text you about your photos, orders and bookings. Texts are only sent to people who ask for them by ticking the box below. Ticking it is optional and is never required to buy photos, book a session or register for an event.

The opt-in box

This is exactly what you see, unticked, next to the mobile number field:

Where you can opt in

• At checkout, when buying photos or prints (https://1stpickphotos.com/cart).
• On a gallery's "notify me when the photos are ready" form (each gallery page).
• On the booking form on the store's pages (https://1stpickphotos.com).
• On event registration forms.

Those are the only ways to sign up. Texting us first doesn’t sign you up.

What we text

• “1stPickPhotos: Your photos from Saturday's tournament are ready! View them here: https://1stpickphotos.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “1stPickPhotos: Thanks for your order! Your download link: https://1stpickphotos.com/order. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “1stPickPhotos: Reminder. Your photo session is tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.”

We don’t send offers or promotions by text.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We don’t text between 9 PM and 8 AM.

Stopping or getting help

Reply STOP to any text to stop them; you’ll get one message confirming it. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email rolivero@1stpickphotos.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number stays private

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
