These terms apply when you buy from 1stPickPhotos, operated by 1stPickPhotos. This store runs on PixVend, and payments are processed by Stripe.
Purchases
- Digital downloads are licensed for your personal use. The photographer keeps the copyright.
- Prints are made and shipped by our print lab. Problems with a print can be reported from your order page.
- Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
Text message terms (SMS)
- Program: if you opt in, 1stPickPhotos sends texts about your photos (for example when they’re ready), your orders and download links, booking reminders.
- Opt-in wording: “By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS order updates, photo-ready notices, booking reminders and replies to my messages from 1stPickPhotos. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or email rolivero@1stpickphotos.com.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
