This policy explains how 1stPickPhotos (“1stPickPhotos”, “we”) collects and uses your information when you visit this store, buy photos, sign up for alerts or book a session. This store runs on PixVend, which processes the information below for us.

Information we collect

• Your name, email address and order details when you buy or download photos, and a shipping address for prints.
• Payment details, which go straight to our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Your email address if you sign up for photo alerts, our newsletter or a customer account.
• Your mobile number, only if you give it and agree to receive text messages (see below).
• A selfie or jersey number, only if you use photo search to find your photos.
• Basic technical data (pages viewed, device and browser) to run and protect the store.

How we use it

To deliver your photos and prints, send order and download emails, answer your questions, send the alerts and updates you asked for, and, if you agreed, our news and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give your mobile number and tick the box agreeing to texts, 1stPickPhotos will text you about your photos, orders and bookings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The box reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS order updates, photo-ready notices, booking reminders and replies to my messages from 1stPickPhotos. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Details: Text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the subcontractors that deliver the messages (PixVend, its messaging provider and the mobile carriers), and only as needed to deliver them.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of a purchase. See our Terms for the full text message terms.

Sharing

We share information only with the services that run this store for us (PixVend, Stripe for payments, our print lab for print orders, and email and text delivery providers), and when the law requires it.

Your choices
